We take care of sorting your wash, dry, & fold items, however, they are not individually inspected, and we advise that items requiring special instructions, be pointed out to us. We wash the light colors, dark colors, and whites separately from each other. However, if you’d like extra care for your clothes (like delicate items), please put them in a separate bag and attach a note to the bag. We also highly recommend you include that info when filling out the online order, as that is what our team will most likely review before cleaning.

Yes, any type of stain that requires special attention should be dry cleaned and not laundered. We have specific solvents made for specific type of stains which we use in the dry-cleaning stain removal process. For Wash, Dry, & Fold items with difficult stains that do not normally come out in the wash process (ink, mustard, ketchup, wine, etc…), we recommend that they are dry cleaned. The best thing to do is blot the stain out immediately and send to us to dry clean. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions when caring for your garment. In addition, we may recommend a specific treatment at our fully equipped facility to completely remove the stain.
