I couldn't say enough nice things about Columbus Cleaners on Columbus Ave in the South End. I moved to this side of town and often find myself needing something hemmed, a zipper repaired, or alterations made. Look no further if you want to support a local business and want top-notch customer service. Communication, customer service, and efficiency are their top three qualities. The average turn around time for my items range anywhere from a few days to no more than a week.
